About me:
I'm 22 and live in Sydney with a spunky bass player and a fish named Romulous. Our kitchen is bigger than our bedroom and our bellies are going the same way. I like to experiment everytime I cook and plan our meals from scratch by considering complimentary flavours and textures. I try to keep things fairly healthy, low on dairy and high in vegetables but deserts are way too fun to cook!

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed on Dec. 3, 2008 by PRINCESS ANTZ
Too salty! Not sure if it's because I marinated for too long (7 hours) or the teriyaki sauce I used (Kikkoman). Wouldn't try again.

Apple Pecan Cobbler

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2008 by PRINCESS ANTZ
This was a nice change from the usual apple crumble. I doubled the cake part but reduced the sugar a bit. Only used one layer of pecans. Served with vanilla ice cream.

Mushroom Port Wine Sauce

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2008 by PRINCESS ANTZ
Good sauce. Took about 10mins to thicken up after adding the stock. I finished it with a splash of cream instead of the butter.
