Classic Stuffed Turkey

Great recipe! At first I thought mushrooms in stuffing was weird but they were a nice addition. I used a package of poultry herbs that was fresh. Fantastic flavor! Stuffing disappeared very quickly.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed on Sep. 27, 2008 by LITTLECHILE
I divided this recipe into 2 round cake pans and then made double icing (not adding as much icing sugar as called for) and made a layer cake!! It is so beautiful..who wants to eat it! yeah right!! I did as recomended by others and added nutmeg and did half brown and white sugars. I also grated fresh nutmeg on top as a garnish!

Coconut Shrimp I

OK don't laugh but...I forgot the egg!! Yup I did...Did it make a difference? Well I don't know how good these are supposed to taste with it..but without, they are awesome! Next time I will try with the egg!! lol Don't forget a little sprinkling of salt! and I fried in my wok which worked awesome. I added a bit of peanut oil to bring up the burn temp on the oil.
