Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2008 by rosabela
Alright everyone, believe the hype! This is a GREAT banana bread recipe! I only had 3 very ripe bananas and decided to try this recipe, anyway. I followed the recipe as is (accept for the amount of the bananas), and it turned out very moist and dense! No need to add additional spices like other viewers suggested (as the submitter said, "Why compromise the banana flavor?"). If using fewer bananas, just remember to reduce the baking time. I baked mine for 40-45 minutes (depending on your oven). Will definitely be making this again! Thanks for sharing, Shelley!

Candied Yams

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by Nicole
I made this yesterday for my husband's Army company and and I guilt tripped some of the guys into eating it...and well, they LOVED IT! Two of them told me they had never had anything like it before and it was amazing. I did add the cinamon and extra marshmellows and cooked it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes then at 200 degrees for an hour. It made the marshmellows PERFECT.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2008 by ladybug
It was not very spicy, which from the title I would have thought it would be. Tasted pretty much like any other chili I have had.
