Red pepper and goat cheese chicken (3 items)

Pound a chicken breast ( can be breaded ), season with greek spice and a touch of minced garlic, add sliced red peppers and goat cheese then roll it up and stick a 2 or 3 tooth picks in it. Next Pan fry it in white cooking wine until chicken is cooked all around. It will be raw in the center still. cut in half and throw it in the oven until center is cooked. This delicious recipe can also be served with any kind of yummy alfrado sauce recipe, i some times use an alfrado lemon dill sauce.

Savichi (3 items)

Most of my family is mexican and we love Savichi: 2lbs of cooked shrimp, peeled, two avacados cut into cubes, one whole cucumber, one white onion cut thick chunks, four tomatoes diced, clamato cocktail juice(big bottle if not get two small ones) pour all contents into big mixing bowl and pour in the cocktail juice, add little lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and chill in fridge for couple hours and then serve with tortilla chips. I know that it sounds like allot but it takes about 20 min to prepare and its very good!
