Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

extremely chocolate, but not sweet at all, texture was not cakelike at all. not bean like, but not cake like. like chocolate falaffel, and not in a good way. Perhaps better with a different bean.

Scottish Bubbles and Squeak Patties

Don't think the ingredients are too weird to put together, it's really delicious. They remind me a little of potato pancakes, they have a hint of that potato flavor. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This one is a new favorite of mine. I have made it 3 times in the past couple weeks, I added some cayenne and crushed red pepper and now I can't have it without zucchini. So delicious!!
