Baked French Toast

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by MYLESF
Made this for brunch and they came out great. I did follow the suggestions of others and reduced the eggs and liquid. I also turned them over once they were in the fridge for a couple of hours. As other suggested I would recommend cutting the bread between 1 1/2 and 2 inches thick. This was a home run with my family!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by MYLESF
Made this for Thanksgiving and they really came out great. I followed the recipe with the exception that I did not put them in the oven. I put them in my crockpot, on low, for about four hours and they came out great. Like that I was able to do this ahead of time and it freed up some of my time to get other last minute things done...Will make them again at Christmas time! Thanks for sharing.

Spaghetti Casserole III

This is delicious! My husband still raves about it, even a month after making it...he says that he'll never like "regular" spaghetti again. Thanks!
