Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by SPUNKYSIMONE
Amazing! This was the 1st turkey I have ever made and it turned out great! This was by far the moistest turkey I have ever ate. I did brine it over night like another reviewer suggested and I think that made it a 5 star recipe. You can also vary the herbs a bit. I bought a pack of fresh poultry herbs which included rosemary, sage and thyme.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by SPUNKYSIMONE
Delicious! I was scared of mashed sweet potatoes, but these turned out great! I used brown sugar instead of white in the potatoes and I accidently added too much, but ti still tasted terrific.
