Venison Bacon Burgers

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2008 by bkjanke
When my dad used to make us eat venison when we were growing up, my siblings & I hated it. A friend gave us some ground venison & allrecipes.com did not let me down. These were easily as good as any beef burger I've had, & best of all my kids ate it without hesitation. Thanks!

Nana's Acorn Squash

My family has been making these exactly the same way for years and they are soooo good, I use a little more butter and sugar, as we like alot. They are delicious.

Spanish Rice Bake

Reviewed on Nov. 16, 2008 by JM
I gave it 5 stars cause the taste is very good, but even after reading the reviews my rice was still hard, I even simmered it longer and cooked it longer and still my long grain rice was hard, so I think next time I will either cook the rice first or use a short grain or quick cook rice cause the rest was excellent. I served with a side of mixed veggies and some biscuits and it was yummo.
