I used more chicken, added about a cup an a half of ditalini (sp?), and salt and white pepper to taste! So good! Will def. make again! Thanks!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by Fit & Healthy Mom
This was the best Sweet Potato dish I have ever had. I made this dish the day before Thanksgiving and baked for 35 minutes just before serving dinner. I peeled and boiled the sweet potatoes, I think this is faster and easier than baking them. I used less sugar on the potato mixture, less butter and no heavy cream at all. It turned out delicious. I will make it again for Christmas. Thanks Heather!

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed on Nov. 17, 2008 by Fit & Healthy Mom
I didn't use any meat on this dish. Used fresh rosemary, fresh basil and ricotta instead of cottage. The kids enjoyed, to me it was ok not great.
