Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed on Nov. 20, 2008 by BlueEyedGoodie
These cookies turned out great. But I did have a problem. My batter turned out really runny so there was no "forming the batter into a ball". I had to add more flour. But after they were baked they were great!

Cabbage Hamburger Bake

Reviewed on Nov. 11, 2008 by BlueEyedGoodie
I made this tonight, and it was great. Easy to prepare and very budget friendly. I already had half a head of cabbage chopped up and frozen and I put it in the casserole dish straight from the freezer. Worked out wonderfully. My fiance finished his and asked if he could have the rest of mine. Of course, I said no.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed on Nov. 9, 2008 by CBARBUSCA
Just like KFC! Instead of the bagged mix, I just chopped up two heads of cabbage (minus the cores) and a large carrot as fine as I could and then doubled the sauce part. Went very well with BBQ pork sandwiches (from the crock pot).
