I do not like cranberries, but decided to treat those who do by making them fresh instead of buying the canned ones. Well, this cranberry sauce was a hit! I even ate it with my turkey because it was so good! The only thing I have to say is that it takes a little while for the cranberries to pop, so don't worry that you are doing something wrong when you are stirring and stirring and nothing seems to be happening - it will. I did also add more sugar, but that was because I thought the sauce seemed thin while I was cooking it. This sauce is even better the next day. I will use this recipe each year from now on as everyone loved it!
