I was craving pancakes and wasn't impressed with the pancake recipe I had been using, so I came on here to find a better one. I found this one and I'm hooked! Most people have all these ingredients on hand so they are easy to whip up in no time. They are very fluffy and light but also kinda salty. I would suggest to either use unsalted butter or use regular butter and omit the salt. I was also worried about how thin the mixture was but that thickened up in the bowl. This is the best pancake recipe out there! Definitely recommend this!
