Four Cheese Macaroni

I used a slightly different combination of cheeses (including cream cheese) and added mustard powder and some cayenne. It came out great, but not very creamy. I will add more cheese & milk next time.

My Chili

Reviewed on Nov. 18, 2008 by SweetAnnieRose
Finally, a chili recipe that doesn't call for outrageous ingredients! Like other reviewers, I think it's a great starting point. It's easily adjusted to your tastes and what you have on hand. A+

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed on Oct. 4, 2008 by queen_palladium
Yum! My fiance and I love this recipe. He said it was the best chicken recipe I have cooked for him so far. I did some modifications...added more oregano and about 3-4 cups of mushrooms. And I omitted the butter and used only olive oil. And I thickened the sauce with flour a little so that we could eat the chicken and the sauce over pasta. It was absolutely delicious and the presentation and aroma was fantastic!
