Taco Nachos

I use fresh shredded cheese (cheddar and Jack)and add pickled jalapenos to this base. Drizzle a little smooth taco sauce and some dollops of sour cream on after you pull them out of the oven and grab the cold beer and napkins.

I added bacon bits to this recipe. They are great. Easy to make. Keep well when covered.

Crunchy Vegetable Dip

Reviewed on Jan. 2, 2008 by odromaine
Easy to make and very tasty. Pretty for Christmas/ New Years parties as it has red/green/white colors. Veggies stay crunchy even after a few days. I doubled the recipe and it fed about 25 people. Would also be good with cucumber (seeded and cubed) if you are not fond of celery. Yummy!!
