Baked Brunch Omelet

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2008 by Bria
This recipe is a good base recipe. I cut it in 1/2 (except the cheese and ham) and cooked in a 9x9 pan. I thought it was good, but very bland. It needs some playing with to make it great. I took reviewers advice and let seep over night. Otherwise kept everything the same.

Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2008 by Bria
This was good, but nothing great. It was more of a regular cake to me than a coffee cake. I did make a few alterations. I ran out of sour cream, so did 1/2 c sour cream, 1/2 c yogart. Worked good. I also added a sugar crumble on top (a MUST have) that another reviewer suggested.

Banana Nut Bread I

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by NICOLEN275
I got this recipe a few years ago and did some subsitiutions for the butter milk. I use plain yogurt. I don't keep butter milk around like that, but I do have yogurt. Over the years I have a great recipe and always look back at this one as how I got started. I did make it according to the recipe, with butter milk, but like mine better. The rating is based on the execution of the recipe as written.
