Honey Mustard Dressing II

I don't even like mustard, but when i tried this my taste buds screamed for more! i loved this because it was so rich and tangy. although, i added more lemon juice to bring down the mayo taste, and i added a pinch of garlic pepper. Now, i keep a jar of this sweet sauce in my refrigerator for whenever i need it!

Creamed Cucumber Slices

This was pretty good, I used 2 large cucumbers and probably could have added another without running out of sauce. It's missing something though, it's a little too bland.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

I used Light Ranch because we don't like blue cheese and precooked chicken fajita meat from the store. My husband loved it, exclaiming that we didn't even need ranch to dip our pizza in because it's built in. We will definitely make again!

Tree-Shaped Crescent Veggie Appetizers

It was very easy to make and traveled well to a family get together. I used ranch dip as some others have suggested, but wasn't too pleased with the taste- next time I will try the recipe as is. Everyone loved the way it looked though!

Cola Pork Chops

I used Diet Cherry Coke with this recipe and my husband and oldest son loved it! It was a little too sweet and not enough twang for my taste, I will probably use 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 bbq sauce next time and try a different type of soda. Thanks for the easy recipe!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

I made this recipe with red potatoes (skins on), but cut the ingredients in half for a family meal. It was delicious! I also used margarine instead of butter.
