Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Grilled Onions

Reviewed on Nov. 21, 2008 by SoCo_Mama
Delicious! However, the only issue I have is that mushrooms can get soft quickly and turn a bit soggy. Not sure how to remedy this? They still turned out good and the blue cheese tasted soooo good.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed on Nov. 20, 2008 by CloudzBabe
I know.. I know.. everyone complains when we modify recipes, but this one definitely deserved something more. I added a couple tablespoons of milk to thin just a bit and used monterey jack cheese. I also reserved some MJ and Moz cheese for the top, but threw it all in the food processor. Nice! My family LOVES crab and so we added some lump crab meat and a squeeze of lemon juice. I added on additional clove of garlic and left out the basil (basil?). A dash of tobasco to give a bit of heat and interest and the dip was fantastic. Will definitely make again.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by beckleston
These cookies are awesome! I got so many compliments, and was told by several people that they tasted just like the ones that at the health food store! Of course, they use organic everything in theirs, and drizzle chocolate on top. I plan to make these gems for our school's band tour bake sale - they'll be a big hit, I'm sure!
