Snickerdoodles II

Every year I make each family member's favorite cookies. I had not mastered this recipe yet. But because this was the favorite cookie shared by two of them I kept trying new recipes. This was the winner. They fought over how many each received. Thanks, and I don't think I would change anything.

Easy Turkey Gravy

OMG...seriously the best gravy ever! My husband made an announcement at thanksgiving dinner saying that everyone needed to taste the gravy because they would be missing out if they didn't. Too funny but very true. The only changes I made was that I used condensed milk since I already had a can open that I needed to use and I added a bit of hickory smoke flavoring. I also used chicken broth instead of turkey drippings or stock as we deep fried our turkey and my grocery store didn't have any turkey stock. My sister-in-law says she hates gravy but had seconds of this one! This will now be my holy grail gravy!

Green Bean Sesame Salad

Excellent! I used less olive oil as I wanted a lighter feel and added some ginger for a nice asian kick to go with the sesame seeds. Very tasty and light side dish.
