Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was good and I would definitely make it again. I followed the advice of others and used double meat & soup, and a whole onion. To ensure that it did not burn I cooked it on low (8 hour setting) for only 6 hours. Cooked the meal for 6 hours and put it in the refrigerator for the next day (without the cream cheese). Warmed up the meal on the stove for dinner the next day and added about 8 oz. of cream cheese for texture. Next time I will probably use 2 small onions and fresh mushrooms.

Sour Cream Pound Cake

I think personally, that the flavor was ok (that's based on the batter, anyways). However,the cake came out dry and I was very careful not to overmix or overbake. Not pleased; will not use again.
