No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed on Aug. 20, 2008 by Cassandra
These were cookies my mom made for my siblings & I when we were kids and I absolutely loved them. This recipe is exactly what I remember and they are just as good now as they were then! I used butter (didn't have margarine) and they came out great. Thanks!!

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed on Aug. 15, 2008 by Cassandra
Very good, easy recipe. I used my own homemade bread crumbs and added a little garlic salt, basil, parsely, oregano, and salt & pepper to the crumbs & cheese. I used olive oil & butter to fry and the chicken was very tasty and moist. I served with spaghetti & marinara. Yum!

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed on Aug. 12, 2008 by It's Only Me <3
This is a good recipe, i have a son that has food allergies and while he can drink milk cooked through, he has low tolerance to margarine/butter - so this was a good substitute. I add in 3 bananas, use 1 c. white sugar & 1/2 c. packed brown sugar with 1 tsp of vanilla. Instead of nuts (nut allergies) we substitute with Trader Joe's bittersweet chocolate chips since they have no milk or nut traces. We make a mix of mini loaves and mini muffins...delicious!
