Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Very easy. Added some fresh garlic and white pepper for additional flavor. Fresh parmesan is a must.

Best Black Beans

I don't usually like black beans plain, but this really dressed them up in such an easy way. I too added a little cumin and more onions than called for, and at the last minute I chopped up half a tomato and stirred that in too. Very good.

Brazilian White Rice

This was a fantastic and simple recipe to make white rice not so boring. I used extra olive oil and onion and it came out just right after 25 minutes. I'll be making this many more times.
