About me:
 I was the last child born in a family of five children and two loving parents. I did not learn to cook at while living at home with my family. I got married at a early age and learned the hard way with no cookbook or help. There were a lot of burned meals and many mistakes but I soon learned how to cook and not burn. Also the wonderful use of seasonings and many new foods that were never made while I was young. I soon bought a cookbook and then began to really experiment. I now love to cook and my family and freinds love to come to dinner. Now thanks to your site I have a new and exciting cookbook right at my fingertips.I look forward to trying out many new recipes.

Classic Macaroni Salad

I have made this recipe four times for different gatherings...everyone loves it! I did add black olives and grape tomatoes, I also double the recipe and add 1 green pepper and 1 yellow pepper..turns out great!!

Mom's Pineapple-Carrot Cake

3and1/2 stars to me it was alittle dry I would add some extra pineapple maybe some juice I did cut back on the flour because of the coconut,walnutsI added the flavor was good but didn't really taste like a carrot cake maybe more carrots next time.My cream cheese frosting was totally superbed.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

This was good a added a few items green chilies,onions,white wine,garlic,celery,broccali, sour cream,and swiss&chedder cheese.And put the chicken breast whole on top of the ,mixture and put slices of swiss cheese and it was very good let the top brown up a little.It sounds like alot but it was stuff that I had in my fridge so I looked at the recipe and went from there.It was a good clean out the fridge meal.Thank-You!!
